I am in another state from the recipient and ordered for an urgent health matter for a family member in a healthcare situation the nite before Valentine's Day and they were there by at least 3:30 the next day...maybe before (3:30 is when I called to see if they were delivered). Those around her said they were pretty. Wish website had REAL pictures and some type of comparison to see the difference in sizes/cost and also a tracking system like with packages so you know when they were delivered exactly AND a snapshot of what the end arrangement looked like. Flowers are ordered frequently for long distance scenarios and that would be SO helpful I have no idea what they looked like. Very pleased with the service on this busiest of all flower days so I would use again. Website was easy to use and moved fast. So incredibly grateful--it meant the world.
